Our residence halls offer a variety of living arrangements. Each living area is fully furnished and includes all utilities, laundry, and both a wired and wireless connection to the College computer network. Mail delivery and laundry facilities are conveniently located on site. Learn more about residence hall and campus services.
Residence Hall Complexes

Rose Street Commons
Located at the west end of campus, Rose Street Commons is near the Field House.
Campus View
Located at the southeast side of campus, Campus View is near the Bush Campus Center.
The Village at Penn College
Located at the northeast side of the campus, The Village at Penn College is adjacent to the Klump Academic Center and Williamsport's historical district
Housing Contracts
New and Transfer Students
The Spring 2024 and the 2024-25 housing contract for new and transfer students is currently available on the Student Information System (SIS).
Returning Students
The 2024-25 housing contract for returning students will be available in February 2024 on the Student Information System (SIS).
