Ingredients:
Step 1
1 head
cabbage, shredded
2 bun.
scallions, chopped
1 each
tomato, seeded and chopped
1 each
jalapeno pepper, canned, finely chopped
Step 2
1/2 lb.
bacon
Step 3
1 each
bottle of Wishbone Italian Dressing
Step 1 procedure: Combine all of the vegetables in a bowl.
Step 2 procedure: Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp, then break into pieces. Combine with the vegetable mixture.
Step 3 procedure: Heat the grease from the bacon until it smokes and add half the bottle of the dressing. Bring the mixture to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over vegetable mixture and combine thoroughly.
