Yield: 12 portions

Ingredients:

1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh thyme, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh mint, minced
3 Tbsp. olive oil, virgin
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Procedure:
Combine the ingredients and allow them to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
