  •   Favorite Professor Mr. Holley. He pushes his students to strive for perfection. 
  •   Summer Experience I worked at Faulkner Mazda in Trevose, PA. I was a full-time technician and was responsible for completing maintenance and repair procedures. I also assessed and repaired cars traded into the dealership.
  •   Fun Fact I own a 1990 Ford Mustang. It is a project  car for me and my dad. We are building it into a street/strip car.

  •   Favorite class Cakes Pastries and Desserts. I enjoyed learning about European desserts and having had the chance to apply that knowledge in the 8-week restaurant desserts class. 
  •   Favorite Professor Chef Todd Keeley. He knows what he is talking about and teaches in a very approachable way.
  •   Summer Internship I worked at the Eagles Mere Country Club. It was a great experience and taught me a lot about working in a full-functioning kitchen.
  •   Fun Fact I used to play the Viola!
