The Penn College ConCreate Design Club (CDC) is a student organization for future concrete construction managers, plant managers, lab technicians, superintendents, and sales representatives. CDC is actively involved in both on- and off-campus projects, events to support nonprofit groups, as well as dedication projects for our fallen heroes.
