I really enjoy helping people. There are a lot of ways that you can help people in this industry. From owner operators to employees and factory reps, there is always someone that you can offer assistance to.
WHAT DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST ABOUT YOUR COMPANY'S CULTURE/MISSION?
From the President to the newest employee, everyone at Coopersburg and Liberty Kenworth has a focus on taking care of customers. From single truck owner operators to national fleets, we do everything we can to help our customers stay on the road and be successful. This mission extends to our employees as well, through mentoring, training, promotions, and financial rewards, we want our team members to grow professionally and personally.

WHY DO YOU BELIEVE PENN COLLEGE IS A SOUND INVESTMENT? WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR RETURN?
The program is very detailed and the bar for success is set higher than some other schools I am familiar with. Graduates tend to be better prepared for life in the shop than the average tech school graduate.
WHAT QUALITIES DO YOU VALUE MOST WHEN RECRUITING PENN COLLEGE STUDENTS AND ALUMNI?
We value and look for folks that are dedicated, willing to go the extra step and care about the people actually driving and making a living with their trucks. If you are willing to put the time and effort in, aren't going to give up and are constantly striving to be better, then we are the right place for you.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU SHARE WITH HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS (AND PARENTS) WHO ARE CONSIDERING PENN COLLEGE?
Penn College has an excellent reputation with employers, and the program is challenging. If you want to invest in your career and want to get a head start on your future, you would be hard pressed to find a better option than Penn College.
