Responsible for investigating the probable cause of general aviation aircraft accidents, he is one of 15 on the East Coast who respond to aircraft accidents as the investigator in charge.. They handle all fatal/serious injury and substantial-damage events. Aircraft can range from hot air balloons to private jets. He holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics and a Master of Business Administration, both from Embry-Riddle. He resides in Mifflinburg.
