"Little questions can spark some pretty big ideas that might not just be relevant to that question at that moment in time," Ingram says. "That's true for the scientific method as a whole, but getting people together that are super passionate and super creative is a big, big, big deal. And I've been lucky enough to be surrounded with a lot of those people in my life, which is fun. It makes it easy. It makes it a lot easier."
