Currently Serving Military

You're an active-duty member of the military, in the Pennsylvania National Guard, or in a reserve branch of the military. Here are some of the benefits available to you.

You're a dependent or family member of a veteran who was 100% disabled or died because of service. If you had benefits transferred to you from your parent or spouse, here's what you can expect.

Penn College earns PNGAS ‘Guard-Friendly School’ designation

For the fifth consecutive year, Pennsylvania College of Technology has received “Guard-Friendly School” designation from an organization devoted to the Pennsylvania National Guard. The Pennsylvania National Guard Associations – an advocacy group dedicated to the growth of the Pennsylvania National Guard and its service members, veterans and families – recently bestowed the honor.

Veterans Week honors those who serve(d) – and their allies

Penn College's first-ever Veterans Week offered a range of activities for faculty/staff, students and alumni who are veterans of – or are still serving in – the nation's armed forces. Included on the comprehensive schedule were informational displays, shared profiles of representative service members and communal meals. Friday's brunch featured presentation of the Veteran Student Success Award, a planned annual tribute to an academic mentor for students with military experience.
